We've been trying to get AT&T service for over 10 days now. AT&T needed 8 days notice so that my dad could keep his same telephone number. Then a Verizon guy shows up and Dad is confused by this and sends him away (no one said Verizon does AT&T service). Two days later a guy comes at 4:22 and leaves because he can't "fix" a problem and doesn't even knock on the door to tell us he's there and needs to come back. It's now 5:50 pm. When we call to find out what's going on, then we learn someone was there and that the wiring is messed up and they need to come back. I was on the phone for over an hour trying to get service for tonight but no, the dispatch was closing in ten minutes and no one would help Duncan the Customer Service Supervisor. Duncan was patient and did not talk back but he did not resolve the problem either. I requested an official complaint so that management knows what goes on for real.
